Our Summer Menu!

We are MOBILE. Our smoker is on wheels and we can travel virtually anywhere to serve your catering needs. We service events. We provide Full Service Catering, Delivery, and Takeout. Call in advance to place orders. We accept checks and cash. We can handle groups up to several hundred persons.

Chicken Breast $2.39 per piece
Chicken Leg Quarter $1.79 per piece (includes both drumstick and thigh)
Turkey Breast Half $16.95 per half

Serving Guide: Prices on pre-cooked weight. Average 1 piece per person. Half chicken feeds average of 3-4 persons. Half turkey breast feeds 5-7 persons. All chicken portions are cooked bone-in to enhance flavor.

Pork

Choices: Kansas City Style Rub and Barbeque Sauce, Memphis Style*, Sweet and Sour, Jamaican Jerk*

Spareribs $24.95 per full rack (average 5.5 pounds)
Baby Back Ribs $8.95 per pound
Pork Loin $7.95 per pound
Ham $6.95 per pound
